WARRANTY & REPAIRS
WARRANTY
All LEMMA products come with a 1 year warranty. During this period, any damage that’s related to manufacturing defect can be reported for repair. Abrasion as a result of excessive use is not included in the warranty. To claim a warranty ticket, you are requested to send an email to info@lemma.shop including the following details;
- A copy of original receipt
- A photo or video in which the damage is clearly visible
You will be contacted by our staff within 2 working days with further instructions. If the product is under warranty, you will be requested to ship the goods to our address which will be shared with you.
Please note that the estimated period for repairing is between 30 and 45 days depending on the type of required repair.
Please note that LEMMA does not cover inbound and outbound shipping costs for repairing under warranty.
REPAIRS
For products that are outside the warranty, we will be glad to help you through repairing process. If you have any inquiries for this purpose, please send an email to info@lemma.shop including the following details;
- A copy or a photo of your original receipt
- A photo or video in which the damage is clearly visible
Following your email, we will inform the estimated costs and terms associated with the repairing procedure to you within 2 working days. The damage must be visible on the media in order for Lemma team to provide a complete guide for the repair. In our email, you will be notified about all the information regarding the repairing of the product.
You will be able to ship the goods back to Lemma for repair only if the terms about repairing included in the email are accepted by you. Depending on the type of repair required, the process may take between 30-45 days.
Please note that in that case LEMMA does not cover incoming and outgoing shipping and costs associated with the repair.
