RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN&EXCHANGE
- All items in original conditions with all tags attached, certificates available, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from shipping date of your order.
- The receipt must be available in order to return or exchange a product.
- The returned items must be in original pouch and Lemma box provided.
- Items containing manufacturing defect may be returned or replaced with the same item.
- Worn or washed items as a result of excessive use cannot be returned.
- We are unable to accept returns on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not returned in their undamaged original packaging. Unfortunately, in these situations, the items will be returned to you, and at your own cost.
- Incorrect products may be returned or replaced with the correct item.
- Items purchased at a store can only be returned to that store.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- If you want to return a product that you’ve already bought online at www.lemma.shop, please create a formal request by filling the Return/Exchange form online within 30 days from shipping date of your order. Click for Return/Exchange form.
- Please note that you will be asked to add the image of the receipt to the system before submitting the form.
- It’s also possible to make a request by sending an email to info@lemma.shop. The email must include the image of the receipt and must be sent within 30 days from shipping date of your order.
- It’s essential for us to know the exact cause of the return. While filling the form please pay attention to express the reason (manufacturing defect or any other) in detail why you would like to return the product. If email option is preferred, please pay attention to express the reason in your own words in the email.
- Once the form is submitted or the email is received, you will receive back an email confirmation from info@lemma.shop within 2 working days and will be guided through the whole process if the claim meets the conditions that are required for return (Items eligible for return).
- Shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the products must be met by the buyer.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- If you want to exchange a product that you’ve bought previously with another product listed on www.lemma.shop, please create a formal request by filling the Return/Exchange form online within 30 days from shipping date of your order. Click for Return/Exchange form.
- Please note that you will be asked to add the image of the receipt to the system before submitting the form.
- Please mention both the product to be returned and also the product requested in exchange while filling the form.
- Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation from info@lemma.shop within 2 working days and will be guided through the whole process.
- If available in stock, the replacing product will be delivered to you in 3 working days after the returned product is received.
- Two-way Shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the products to be exchanged must be met by the buyer.
REFUND
- Once your returned product is received, you will receive an email confirmation from info@lemma.shop within 2 working days. Refunds will be realized in the original form of the payment within 14 days from this email confirmation.
